Check the file journey
Name the authoring tool, model format and performance app. Plan one small import test before a full conversion.

Set a performance target
Choose the target platform and device. Inspect its current limits before trading away a feature the character needs.

Map an expression
Pick one expression and trace the input, parameter and visible result. Record what neutral looks like.

Plan the tracking input
List the movements the show needs. Separate sensing, calibration and avatar output in your notes.

Rehearse the capture
Check the actual output scene, not only the avatar app window. Include one test on a contrasting background.

Check audience access
Plan how speech and essential non-speech information will be available to viewers. Test a sample with captions.

Draw a privacy boundary
Review what the captured scene and public profile can reveal. Record the boundaries you want collaborators to respect.

Make a recoverable handoff
Inventory editable sources, exports and dependencies. Plan a restore test from the backup, not just a file-copy check.

Keep permission notes with the files
